This is a project I’ve been waiting on for a while.  The band is made up of three members, Wasalu Jaco (AKA Lupe Fiasco) on the vocals & production, Le Messie on production and Graham Burris on bass.  Lupe claims time after time again that it is not him singing, and that he is simply producing, but after one listen to one song you can quite easily tell this is Lupe jocking a fake British accent.  It is a more punk rock sound, so I’m sure some of you will disregard this post, but you have to respect what Lupe is doing by completely changing genres (near seamlessly I’ll note) on this mixtape.

Wasn’t lying, it’s Lupe.  Part of the novelty of the mixtape obviously is that it is him, but I really enjoy the music as well, would recommend a download and giving it a shot.
