Today, we lost a man who not only changed the music business, but the entire world. Steve Jobs was an innovator like no other, bringing products to the public that were way ahead of their time and impacted the way we live our lives today. After the jump, there is a video from CNN that highlights many of Steve Jobs’ accomplishments in his lifetime, as well as a statement from Apple.

Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being. Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Steve have lost a dear friend and inspiring mentor. Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple.
