If you’re familiar with the dance/mash-up genres of music, then you have probably heard of RAC (Remix Artist Collective) by now. Well, Green Label Sound just released a video to introduce us to one of the artists behind the music. This is definitely worth checking out, even if you are not into dance remixes. Andre Allen Anjos is a producer, composer, instrumentalist, DJ, and the founder of RAC (pronounced Ar-Ay-Cee). In this up-close video, Anjos gives some background on his development from a college student remixing tracks in his dorm room into a sought-after DJ and producer. Set in his Portland, OR studio, the video sheds some light on RAC’s very first original track “Hollywood featuring Penguin Prison” out on Green Label Sound.
