It was only a matter of time before Justin Bieber’s latest hit-single got the remix treatment. I may be mistaken, but this is the first of what is going to be a series of house-influenced remixes to the track, coming from none other than Dada Life. The remix sounds essentially nothing like the original from Bieber, but rather gives it a more electronic-friendly feel to it. You can be sure to hear this remix this summer in many DJ’s setlists. Hilltop Hoods – Living In Bunkers (feat. Black Thought & Lotek)

The Roots’ frontman, along with Lotek, give some assistance to the second single off of Hilltop Hoods’ “Drinking From The Sun” album. With Chali 2na being on the first release from the album, and Black Thought being on the second, it’s only getting me more excited to see the other features they have enlisted on other tracks. It’s also sounding like it should be a pretty solid project overall, which is great for the comeback of Hilltop Hoods. Enjoy.

Bassnectar – Ugly (feat. Amp Live) (Video)

Considering that dubstep is one of the weirdest genres out there, it’s only right that all dubstep music videos be just as weird. Bassnectar just released the video for his single, “Ugly,” which is assisted by Amp Live. As different as the video is, I kind of dig it, as it definitely suits the brain-throbbing track well. MTV Hive House gives us a look at Kendrick Lamar and ScHoolboy Q playing a few hits from their most recent albums. More information can be read below:

Above, watch Kendrick Lamar perform “Hol’ Up” and “A.D.H.D.” in front of a retrofitted moose print background, surrounded by a handful of his most fervent fans. Later in the session, Lamar plays hype man for accomplice ScHoolboy Q. Performing “Hands on the Wheel” from his breakout album “Habits & Contradictions,” ScHoolboy stirs the small crowd into a frenzy of waving hands and bobbing heads.

Definitely worth checking out the up close and personal performances from these two, because it doesn’t happen too often anymore.

As Major Lazer is hitting up countries around the world this summer on tour, one half of the crew, Diplo, decided it would be nice to release a nice little gem for all of the Major Lazer fans out there. Entitled “Set It Off,” the track name speaks for itself as the song gets just more wild as it goes on, which results in a ridiculous party track to add to your playlist this weekend. The track is set to be off of Diplos “Express Yourself” EP, which is set to hit stores on June 12th. In the meantime, enjoy.

Adventure Club – Do I See Color? (Big Gigantic Remix)

The good folks over at ThisSongIsSick.com dropped off a dope new remix from Big Gigantic. As the duo of Big Gigantic usually take on hip-hop and R&B for their remixes, this time they turn to dubstep crew Adventure Club for some remixing material, and the outcome was awesome. The addition of the saxophone that Dom of Big Gigantic is known for complements the elements taken from the Adventure Club track to the point. Hopefully I’ll be able to catch them this summer so I can hear this one live. Enjoy.

T.I. – Like That

So this may actually be the first time that I have posted anything from T.I. It’s not that I don’t dig his music, but it’s just the first. Here’s his brand new single that caught my attention entitled “Like That.” It’s just great to see T.I. doing his thing today, and I believe that his upcoming “Trouble Man” album will put him right back to where he was before jail. You can expect to see “Trouble Man” on the shelves on September 4th. Enjoy.
