Bio:

Max Gredinger has done marketing, strategy, and consulting work for Mike Posner on his projects “A Matter of Time,” “One Foot Out The Door,” and his newest release “The Lay Over,” he also did similar work on Big Sean’s second mixtape “UNKOWBIGSEAN Vol. 2.” Max manages the band Aer (read about them @ HoldMyCoat.com/Management) and has taken them from 300 Facebook fans to over 17,000 in one years time, sold out shows at prolific venues in Boston and New York, as well as led the marketing campaign for their #1 album on the iTunes hip-hop charts.

Matt Migliorelli (mattMiGGZ) is a Photographer, Videographer, and Producer, from New York. Matt is Aer’s photographer and videographer, who is best known for shooting their video for “Feel I Bring” which has amassed over 300,000 views. Matt also photographed the album artwork for Aer’s EP “What You Need” and their mixtape “The Reach.” Matt has done concert photography work for Mac Miller, Curren$y, Aer, Lil B, Casey Veggies, Guy Harrison, Tayyib Ali, Smoke DZA, Neon Indian, and Kreayshawn.
